• Candidate must be a minimum of 10 years of age upon enrollment date.

• Candidate cannot be under suspension or expulsion from any school prior to enlistment.

• Candidate cannot be under the jurisdiction of the Juvenile Court or currently referred.

• Candidate cannot be under probation under the supervision of the juvenile court.

• Candidate cannot be under psychiatric treatment for any emotional disorder.

• Candidate must be physically fit and meet the minimum height & weight requirements for the candidate’s age.

• All applicants are required to have and maintain a regulation Marine Corps Haircut by 3rd week of Recruit Training.

• The applicant must have a social security number or proof of application upon enrollment.

• All medical forms must be completed by your health provider or physician on or prior to the commencement of training week # 1.

• All applicants must attend a parent orientation meeting prior to the commencement of training, notice will be sent to home of record as to the date of this meeting.

• The candidate application must be returned with the Government Release Form and your check or money order for $85.00 payable to the MARINE CADETS OF AMERICA, a self-addressed stamped envelope is provided for your convenience.
